All of the cases we pursue are done on a contingency fee basis. Our firm will never charge you a standard fee for services rendered in a personal injury matter. Generally our fee will be based upon the percentage distribution allowed by the Florida Bar. In no event will the contingency fee exceed 33 1/3% (thirty three and one third percent) of any matter resolved prior to the filing of an answer to a complaint , or 40% after the filing of an answer.
